Connecting the Culture Through Christ

Christian Café Ministries (CCM) is a Wisconsin-based nonprofit faith-based organization dedicated to advancing evangelism, community, wellness, and youth empowerment through creative arts, music, gospel entertainment and ministry. Our geographic emphasis is centered in Madison, WI and the greater Midwest, with programs that engage diverse urban and underserved communities while extending influence nationally through digital platforms such as ChristianCafeMusic.com and our syndicated Gospel podcast, Lifestyle Radio.

Our Ministries

CCM’s mission is to share the Gospel in culturally relevant ways that meet both spiritual and physical needs. We accomplish this through three major areas of concentration:

Evangelism & Arts – including the Harvest Season Festival, an annual Christian hip-hop and gospel outreach event drawing over 500 participants, and the Hip-hop Jesus Play, a theatrical retelling of the Gospel through urban culture.

Health & Wellness – through our Worship & Workout initiative, which combines exercise, worship, and community support to promote holistic health (body, mind, and spirit).

Music Media & Entertainment – including ChristianCafeMusic.com Lifestyle & Harvest Season Radio, platforms that highlight gospel artists, share faith-based teaching, and offer workshops and mentoring for aspiring gospel artist in careers in the gospel music industry

The songwriter’s hub

serves as a creative incubator for faith-driven lyricists and musicians. It is a collaborative space where Christian artists can network, co-write, and sharpen their craft under mentorship. The hub also offers workshops and retreats designed to inspire authenticity in worship songwriting and to support creatives in navigating both artistic and spiritual development. This initiative nurtures a pipeline of original, Spirit-led music that strengthens the ministry’s overall mission.

Christian Cafe Music

CCM is an incubator for faith-driven lyricists, artist and musicians. It is a collaborative space where Christian artists can network, co-write, record and sharpen their craft under mentorship. CCM also operates as a record label dedicated to producing, distributing, and promoting gospel and urban Christian music. The label provides artists with opportunities to record and release music that reflects faith, creativity, and contemporary culture.

Harvest Season Festival

The annual Harvest Season Festival is a signature event that blends worship, gospel hip-hop, and community outreach. It creates a platform for Christian artists , churches, Christian vendors, and youth groups, to unite while drawing diverse audiences together for celebration and spiritual renewal. The festival emphasizes fellowship, prayer, and acts of service such as food drives and youth empowerment activities.

Hip-Hop Jesus Play

Hip-Hop Jesus is a powerful faith-based theatrical production that combines hip-hop culture, gospel music, spoken word, dance, drama, and multimedia storytelling to present the message of Jesus Christ through the language and creativity of urban culture.

CCM Radio Podcasts

The Christian Café Radio Podcasts Lifeststyle Radio & Harvest Season Radio provide a digital platform for conversations, music, sermons, and testimonies that inspire listeners worldwide. It serves as a hub for urban Christian culture, broadcasting both emerging and established voices in gospel music, as well as thoughtful discussions on faith and life. These podcasts extend the reach of the ministry, connecting with people where they are—on their phones, in their cars, or at home—bringing the message of Christ into everyday life.

Worship & Workout

Worship & Workout combines fitness and faith, offering participants a holistic approach to spiritual and physical health. With uplifting gospel music, prayer, and motivational teaching, the sessions encourage attendees to treat their bodies as temples while drawing closer to God. This unique program builds community while promoting health, discipline, and a lifestyle rooted in spiritual well-being.

To support these efforts, CCM engages in a mix of fundraising activities, including individual donations, church partnerships, sponsorships, merchandise and apparel sales, ticketed events, and grant funding. Our most important funders to date have included local churches, community sponsors, individual donors, and regional arts supporters. We continue to expand our donor base through direct appeals, online giving campaigns, and partnerships with faith-based and cultural organizations.
